Južne vesti: “Branko” the only choir from Europe at the world festival in Mexico
At the end of August 2018, the choir “Branko” was the only European participant in the 19th World Choir Festival in Puebla, Mexico.
The choir performed in the festival's main programme at the National Theatre in Puebla and gave several concerts in nearby cities - among them in Tlaxcala before more than 800 students - and in the joint finale of all participants the song “Tamo daleko” was performed in an arrangement by Andrej Cincarević. The choir was received by the Mayor of Puebla, and on the last day the singers chanted at the liturgy in the Orthodox Monastery of the Holy Trinity in Mexico City.
