The joint participation of the two choirs in the service was an expression of spiritual closeness and of belonging to the same Orthodox tradition, in which church song has held a special place for centuries. United in prayer and song, the singers contributed to the solemnity of the feast, bearing witness to the living bond that unites the Serbian people on both sides of the Drina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special joy was brought to this feast day by the visit of the children's choir \u201cRosarte\u201d from Athens, which was in Ni\u0161 for the 30th International Choir Festival. From the joint liturgical chant of the singers from Ni\u0161 and Doboj to the performance of the young guests from Athens, the day passed in joy, friendship and fellowship. In the Cathedral and the St Sava Centre, people connected by faith, culture and a love of music met once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Ni\u0161 Church Choral Society \u201cBranko\u201d, which has nurtured the tradition of church chant and choral music for almost a century and a half, such encounters are a precious continuation of its mission.
